Cafe Bali cooking class offers you the chance to take home more than just a memory of Bali for you will return home posessing the skills needed to produce a small piece of Bali in your own home -by reproducing the dishes you have learn to cook with us.We meet at CAFE BALI at 9.00am . and than go to Ubud market where you will be shown how to select the spices and ingredients, by their smell, feel and appearance, that you will need to prepare your meal. On returning to CAFE BALI we will than commence preparation of your meal by teaching you traditional Balinese cutting and chopping techniques that come to assembly of each dish to excite the taste buds of your guests. On completion of your class you will receive your own personalized certificate confirming that you have mastered the basic principles of Balinese cooking in respect of your particular menu.

 

In addition, you will also receive a booklet containing the recipes and preparation note for the menu you prepared, plus notes of the alternative menu, for you to enjoy creating them again at home. About Ibu Desak

 

Ms Desak was born in Tengkulak village approximately 3 km from the center of Ubud, she was expert in Balinese cooking class since she was 10 years old. Today she dedicated she`s talent to teach and intoduce Balinese traditional cooking at CAFE BALI. Located just 600meters up from Ubud palace and Ubud market. she will teach you how to make delicious traditional Bali dish from select the spice and ingredients together with you in Ubud market.
